Sorry to say that we had to go legal on a client - The SCAREFACTORY and David Fachman.  After 7 years of struggling to work with this Halloween prop builder, he has bit the big one.  Rude to our client and non communicative to not only our clients but US as well.  Management has been a problem for the Scarefactory team and getting the operation information to their clients (ours as well) has never been good.  Six Flags theme parks throughout the country we have worked with and even Navy Pier has broken props rusting away because of the Scarefactory's communication practices.  You JUST can't call them and get a answer... to anything.

Our attorney said they never even showed up in court.  Oh well... for all you reading, watch it if you are planning on buying a SCAREFACTORY prop.  I personally ordered stuff and never got it.  Those that have as of last year... the item broke.

 

Too Bad.  They had such good products but I guess no more.  BUYER BEWARE.
