JPM Productions, Inc. Billing and Cancellation Policies - PRODUCTION
§ All invoices are to be paid within (30) thirty days net from date of completion and delivery of project. if not paid within 30 days a $50.00 Non Payment fee will be added to the bill (this is not a finance charge.)
§ Special rates and negotiated rates are always honored.
§ Discounts as based for all clients that pay within 30 days of invoice. After 30 days discounts are removed from the invoice and the new amount will be due plus...
§ All invoices unpaid after (30) thirty days will accrue a late fee of 8 to 22.75% monthly charge of the original total balance until invoice is satisfied. This is seperate from the non-payment fee of $50.00
§ All cancellations for multi-camera location and single camera location projects must be made no less than forty-eight hours prior to the scheduled start time. Failure to provide JPM Productions, Inc. with forty-eight hours notice will result in a $150.00 cancellation fee being charged to client.
§ Tape Stock is not included in any Production and Post Production fees.
§ All edited and videotaped product will remain the property of JPM Productions, Inc. until all invoices are paid in full to JPM Productions, Inc.
§ Rates for Duplication will be quoted per project.
§ All first time clients are required to provide 50% of production services fees prior to production beginning. The balance will be due upon delivery of completed product. No cash or service refunds!
§ Clients may option to pay by the day, and receive a 10% discount from published rates.
§ An additional mileage fee will be charged at the rate of $0.52 / mile portal-to-portal.
§ Day rates are based on a total time of 10 hours, and not the number of shooting hours. Overtime is time-and-a-half over 10 hours, up until 14 hours. Anytime after 14 hours is billed at two times the posted or agreed rate.
§ A Shooting Day begins at the agreed upon “start time”. Call time is the time when the production crew will arrive to begin set-up.
§ Makeup rates DO NOT include $75.00 kit fee… does not include any specialized products such as adhesives, appliances or special trauma makeup applications.
§ For all commercial productions or productions involving on-air talent JPM recommends utilizing an audio technician.
§ All Still photography and Video capture (raw footage) remains the property and copyright of JPM Productions, Inc. Image release can be negotiated at time of booking.
A Script is always recommended to fully BID a production or edit session.
JPM Productions, Inc. Billing and Cancellation Policies - POST PRODUCTION
§ All policies listed above in PRODUCTION.
§ All cancellations for post-production editing must be made no less than twenty-four hours prior to the scheduled start time session. Failure to provide JPM Productions, Inc. with twenty-four hours notice will result in a $50.00 per hour as dictated by the booking cancellation fee being charged to client.
§ An Editing Session begins at the “start time” agreed upon at the time of booking, or when the Client, Editor & Suite are ready – whichever is earlier.
§ All edited and videotaped product will remain the property of JPM Productions, Inc. until all invoices are paid in full to JPM Productions, Inc.
